Schedule
Sessions are offered between the hours of 3pm-7pm on Monday-Thursday.
Telehealth clients must be located in Virginia.
Free 15-minute consultations are available before scheduling your first appointment.
Cost
$170 per individual session
$180 per couples session
All forms of credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) are accepted as payment at the time of service. This will include the option to pay with your HSA or FSA card.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Sentara Health Plans.
For all other insurances, I will gladly provide documentation for each session if you would like to submit a request for reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Please note that the insurance provider will require this documentation to contain a mental health diagnosis.
